Performance reviews with weighted templates tied to pay

In most companies a review is a form filled once a year that no decision rests on. In NXORA a review starts from a pre-defined template with its criteria and weights, and some of those criteria can be scored automatically from the system's own data (late days, absence days, overtime hours, attendance rate, disciplinary count). The final score falls inside a defined rating band, and that band is what determines the bonus, the raise percentage and promotion eligibility — so the decision comes from a rule, not an impression.

How it works

  1. 1

    Define the template

Competencies and goals, each with a weight and a scoring scale.

  2. 2

    Open a review cycle

A cycle covering a period and the employees in scope.

  3. 3

    Score and approve

Draft, submit, approve, then employee acknowledgement.

  4. 4

    Tie the score to pay

The band the score lands in sets the bonus or the raise.

Frequently asked questions

Can part of a review be scored automatically?
Yes. "Auto" items read real metrics from the system — late days, attendance rate, disciplinary count — and convert them into a score through thresholds you define.
How does a score become money?
Through rating bands: each band carries a bonus method (percent of base or fixed amount), an annual increase percentage and promotion eligibility, applied automatically to whoever lands inside it.
Does the employee sign the review?
Yes. A separate acknowledgement state records a signature, a refusal to sign, or notification while absent.
