Employee import and bulk editing in one pass
A company with a hundred employees cannot type them in one at a time, and will not open a hundred profiles to change a department or a work schedule. NXORA handles both: an Excel import wizard that maps your file's columns to system fields and lets you fix the data before it is saved, and a bulk action bar that appears when you select employees and applies a change to all of them at once.

- What if my columns are named differently?
- That is what the mapping step is for: link each column in your file to the matching field, or skip it.
- Can a bulk edit be undone?
- Every change is written to the activity log with who made it and when, and can be corrected with the same bulk bar.
- Does it import salaries too?
- Yes — financial columns such as basic salary and currency are mapped and imported with the employee record.
