Refund Policy (No-Refund)

Last updated: 26 August 2026

We keep refunds unambiguous. NXORA gives you permanent, time-unlimited free access to evaluate the whole system before you pay; because of that, paid annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Please read this page carefully before purchasing — completing a purchase confirms your acceptance of it.

1. Evaluate the system free, forever, before paying

NXORA offers a Free Forever plan that never expires and requires no payment card, including access to the platform and use of its features for up to two (2) employees in a workspace.

This is not a countdown trial: it is genuine, complete usage, letting you verify payroll, tax, contracts, leave, timesheets, commissions and end-of-service calculations against your own data, for as long as you wish.

Accordingly, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the platform fits its needs before upgrading to a paid subscription. Buyer's remorse based on not having evaluated the product is not a ground for refund.

2. The rule: paid subscriptions are non-refundable

All NXORA subscriptions are annual and paid in advance. Once payment succeeds and the subscription activates, amounts paid are final and non-refundable in whole or in part, under any circumstances, including without limitation:

  • not using, or only partly using, the subscription during its term;
  • cancelling or stopping use part-way through a paid year;
  • changes in your business, headcount reduction, closure, or switching to another system;
  • dissatisfaction with features or workflow after purchase, the free plan having been available beforehand;
  • errors arising from the customer's own inputs or configuration (tax brackets, salary components, leave policies);
  • purchasing by mistake, buying a larger plan than needed, or duplicate purchases from not reviewing checkout;
  • temporary outages, maintenance, or changes to a non-material feature;
  • downgrading a plan or reducing employee count mid-term, which creates no credit and no pro-rata refund.

3. What the fee buys

A paid subscription grants the right to use the platform for a full year within the limits of the chosen plan. Actual usage or non-usage does not change the fee: the charge is for availability of the service, not for the number of sign-ins.

4. Cancellation and turning off auto-renewal

  • You may turn off auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date from subscription settings or from the Paddle subscription-management link.
  • Cancellation only prevents the next charge; it does not refund the current charge or any part of it.
  • Access continues to the end of the paid term, after which the account reverts to free-plan limits.
  • Cancel well ahead of the renewal date; a renewal that has completed successfully is subject to the no-refund rule in clause 2.

5. Paddle's role in payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Any request concerning an invoice, tax or payment method may be raised with Paddle or with us, and this policy applies as the seller's published refund policy for the product.

Paddle retains discretion to process a refund in exceptional cases required by its systems or by law (for example fraud, a confirmed duplicate charge, or a technical billing error). That exception creates no general right to a refund and no precedent binding us in any other case.

Before raising a bank chargeback, please contact us first; an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate account suspension and in the customer bearing the resulting fees and costs.

6. Narrow exceptions

We may process a refund — without any admission of liability — only in these narrow cases:

  • a confirmed duplicate charge for the same period due to a technical payment error;
  • a charge taken after a documented cancellation made before the renewal date;
  • a complete failure to activate the subscription for reasons attributable to us that support could not resolve within a reasonable period;
  • where mandatory law in the buyer's country grants a cancellation right that cannot be contracted out of.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory right granted by consumer-protection law in force in your country that cannot be waived by contract. Where a mandatory withdrawal right exists, your request for immediate activation and your actual use of the service may extinguish that right or reduce it by the value of the service consumed, as applicable law provides.

This policy is directed primarily at business (B2B) customers, to whom consumer withdrawal rules generally do not apply.

8. How to submit a request

Email the billing address below with: the account email, the workspace name, the Paddle transaction or invoice ID, and a brief explanation. We reply within ten (10) business days. Any exceptionally approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Paddle, within the period set by the issuing bank.

9. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy; the version in force on the date of purchase governs that purchase.
